We help Polish clients purchase property in Italy safely and with confidence. We guide our clients through the entire process – from defining their requirements and finding the right property, through due diligence, negotiations and purchase formalities, to comprehensive legal and tax support and assistance after the transaction has been completed. We operate not only in Abruzzo. Depending on our clients’ requirements, we also search for properties in other regions of Italy, working with local real estate agencies and trusted partners on the ground. Our greatest strength is our team, which combines an understanding of the Polish market with many years of professional experience in both Poland and Italy. This means that our clients are never left on their own to deal with an Italian lawyer, notary, real estate agency or public authority – we coordinate the entire process and explain each stage in Polish/English. We also provide post-purchase support, including assistance with ongoing formalities, tax and accounting matters, as well as property management and rentals.

dr Giovanni Ferretti – avvocato
		An Italian lawyer with many years of experience in commercial and international law, gained at law firms in both Poland and Italy. He graduated in Law from the Università degli Studi di Teramo in 2007 with the highest distinction, 110/110 summa cum laude. He has been qualified to practise as an Avvocato in Italy since 2011. In 2012, he obtained a PhD in Law from the University of Warsaw and was entered on the list of foreign lawyers maintained by the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. He has gained professional experience in both Italy and Poland and has also worked at the Competition Authority in Rome. He is the author of publications on Polish and Italian law, banking law and commercial law. Giovanni is fluent in Italian, Polish and English, allowing our clients to discuss directly with him all legal matters related to purchasing property in Italy.
Paweł Bębenek – tax advisor
		A tax advisor with more than 27 years of professional experience, gained, among other things, through cooperation with some of Poland’s leading tax advisory firms. He specialises in international transactions, VAT, excise duties and general tax law. He graduated from the Krakow University of Economics. As part of his cooperation with wloskidom.pl, he assists clients with tax matters related to planned transactions and their international aspects. He also regularly spends time in Abruzzo, allowing him to remain closely connected to local realities and matters related to purchasing and owning property in Italy. He assists clients in Polish, English and Italian.
Klaudiusz Strzałka
		Co-founder of the company, based in Poland and regularly working on the ground in Italy. He assists clients from the very first stage – helping them define the criteria for their ideal property, coordinating the property search and liaising with Italian real estate agencies and local partners. He also supports clients throughout the subsequent stages of the purchase process and helps organize all necessary formalities. Property searches are not limited exclusively to Abruzzo – depending on the client’s requirements, they may also cover other regions of Italy, including Tuscany. Clients can also meet Klaudiusz in person at our office in central Warsaw. He assists clients in Polish, English and Italian.
